T&W Management is a family-run entrepreneurial business that seeks to generate returns by helping small to medium Architecture and Engineering firms grow revenues while simultaneously improving operating margins.

We invest our own principal capital without the influence of outside investors or third-party interests. We help transition ownership by providing the means to allow the departing shareholders to unlock the equity value that they have worked so hard to create while maintaining the continuity of their legacy.

We add value to such transitioning firms by providing capital, operational and management expertise, and strategic partnerships to ultimately create a sustainable business that can support long term growth in niche markets.

TONY S WU
Tony co-founded T&W Management after extensive industry management experience, both domestically and abroad in Shanghai and Hong Kong, as a general manger in prefabricated steel building and design-build construction and a principal in structural engineering and forensic engineering practices. To date he has developed more than 10M square feet across the greater Asia Pacific and North America.

WINNIE T WU
Winnie co-founded T&W Management after 25 years in the aerospace/defense industry as a general manager and senior executive, leading industrial manufacturing operations, streamlining production, and executing over $1B in strategic M&A opportunities across the United States.
She is passionate about instilling the value of education in our youths. Winnie volunteers as board treasurer at a local literary center, serves as a Regional Chair of the Alumni Representative Committee for her alma mater, and is the CFO of a non-profit foundation with a primary focus on promoting and supporting solutions in advancing education.

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
MAXWELL J WU
Maxwell is a private equity investor and operator who's held positions as a fund manager, investment banker and principal investor at several real estate firms in New York City, managing institutional private equity funds of over $1.4B in equity, underwriting single asset and portfolio acquisitions of over $10B, and structuring complex joint ventures and limited partnerships.
He is passionate about technology and venture building, having built, advised and invested in companies focused on the mortgage, debt collection and real estate spaces. He is a requested speaker at real estate conferences and a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council.
